Dental & Orthodontics

Dr. Jina Ferdousian

Dr. Jina’s passion for dentistry started early when she wore braces and a chin cup as a child. That transformation didn’t just change her smile – it changed her life, boosting her confidence and inspiring her to help others find their smiles too!

Originally from the East Coast, Dr. Jina earned her Bachelor’s in Biology with a Minor in Chemistry before achieving her Doctorate of Dental Surgery. She continues to perfect her craft as a dedicated member of the American Dental Society and North Texas Dental Society while staying up to date with continuing education in all areas of dentistry.

Her top priority? Your comfort. Dr. Jina is passionate about helping patients overcome dental fears and leave pain-free – and with a confident smile!

When she’s not at the office, Dr. Jina is a super mom to her young kids and is learning to play the piano!

Dr. Nathan Cotton

Dr. Nathan Cotton brings over 25 years of experience in dentistry to both Paloma Creek Dental and Dental Arts of Frisco. A proud graduate of Texas A&M University and the Baylor College of Dentistry, Dr. Cotton has built his career around providing exceptional care with a focus on complex cases and early orthodontic treatment.

Known for his attention to detail and patient-centered approach, Dr. Cotton is dedicated to creating healthy, confident smiles through advanced techniques and personalized treatment plans.

Outside of the office, he enjoys staying active through mountain biking and cycling, passions that reflect his energy and commitment both personally and professionally.

Dr. Cotton looks forward to welcoming patients and helping them achieve lasting oral health with compassionate, high-quality care.

Andreea HYG Paloma

Hygienist

Andreea Loredana Fazecas, RDH

Andreea graduated with High Honors from Concorde Career College – Grand Prairie in February 2025, earning her degree as a Registered Dental Hygienist. She also received the Faculty Award for her dedication and excellence. Before becoming a hygienist, she worked for many years as a dental assistant, gaining valuable hands-on experience in patient care that continues to shape her compassionate approach today.
 
In the office, Andreea’s focus is on helping patients feel cared for and comfortable during their visits. Patients often describe her as gentle, approachable, and kind, and they appreciate her ability to make each appointment a positive experience. She especially enjoys connecting with patients by educating them about their oral health and seeing their confidence grow with every healthy smile.
Andreea’s patient care philosophy is rooted in empathy and understanding. She strives to make every patient feel supported, offering reassurance and encouragement to ensure they leave each visit feeling confident and at ease.
 
Outside of the office, Andreea enjoys spending time with her husband and son, traveling, and creating lasting memories with her family.

Jordyn 3 Paloma

Office Leader

Jordyn Kirwin

Jordyn brings over 12 years of leadership and management experience to the team, with a strong background in both dentistry and customer service. Jordyn offers skills in team leadership, operations, and customer care.
 
As an Office Leader, Jordyn is passionate about supporting both her team and patients and loves making a difference in the lives of those who walk through the door.
 
Her personal philosophy is simple: to ensure every patient leaves feeling better than when they arrived. Jordyn values creating a positive, supportive environment where patients feel cared for and understood.
 
Outside of work, Jordyn enjoys spending time with her Yorkie and Goldendoodle, relaxing at the beach, and indulging in her love for music and scary movies. Her faith also plays an important role in her life, and she finds strength and joy in her relationship with Jesus.
